CHCA Seniors Fitness Class

May 30 @ 9:00 am - 10:00 am

Join us on Tuesdays from 9-10 am to learn how to improve your balance and mobility. Light weights and balance balls will be used during these sessions, and the pace of the class will be determined by the participants fitness level. Please bring a pair of clean indoor shoes and arrive a few minutes early
