Iyengar Yoga (Registered) – Gentle/Level 1

Iyengar Yoga teaches you to take your awareness into areas of the body and revitalize them. We use a specific method of sequencing the postures that balances the body and mind. To experience your best version of the pose and develop concentration, we focus on alignment and precision in action. We also use props to make postures accessible and ideal for different body types.
Gentle/Level 1: Take time to stretch, stabilize and balance. Basic postures are taken to restore and invigorate the body and mind. This class is designed for beginners and those who require foundational work with support.
