After considerable deliberation, the CHCA has taken the position to NOT support the NHCLAP unless the following issues are addressed: community character; density; heritage; urban forest/public space, and a mobility plan. For more detail, please refer to the letter submitted (PDF Download below) to the Standing Policy Committee on Planning and Urban Development (PUD). Our objections to the Guidebook are associated with our concerns around the NHCLAP.
